Context
Overview
GoValley is a career training program offering both 1:1 mentorship and team-based coaching. To streamline internal service operations, the team built a web-based CRM to manage tasks, mentor feedback, and resource sharing.
However, the platform initially served staff needs more than student needs, which leads to low adoption and fragmented user journeys.
This redesign reframes the CRM as from internal utility to a student-first learning platform focused on clarity, momentum, and feedback loops.
